BRAND ACTIVATION MANAGER

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and competent Brand Activation Manager with a strong digital acumen to join the Marketing Department at LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW. As the Brand Activation Manager you will be responsible for the development and activation of the brand aiming at both wholesale partners and end consumers through different channels. You will join a very passionate group of people and become a central part of the team. Job description:

  • Contribute to making LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW a LOVE brand across the world
  • Be a brand guardian ensuring that whatever we do, the consumer or customer is never in doubt, because all activities have a clear LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW signature
  • Understand the consumer journey, connecting the brand across all touchpoints be it physical or virtual
  • Manage the development of marketing activation communication plan across all channels
  • Project manager for the activation of new product launches and tactical campaigns
  • Ensure successful strategy implementation across channels
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration with the marketing & creative team to enable flawless, hands-on in-market execution
  • Attend cross-functional meetings to communicate marketing plans prior to launch
  • Establish clearly defined KPI’s for each campaign or activation
  • Product launch pre/post evaluations to monitor performance vs. targets, analyze and improve
  • Co-creation of Direct Marketing content such as Newsletters together with e-commerce team
  • Copy writing for different purpose, ex. product texts, new launches, brand stories
  • Partake in the development of marketing & sales material
  • Support on various presentations
  • Budget management tracking
  • Ad hoc tasks

 

As the Brand Activation Manager, you will be part of the Marketing team, consisting of 9 people and be the link to other departments. In your daily work, you will have close cooperation with the Brand Manager, PR Manager, Creative Team, and Channels owners responsible for respectively E-commerce, Retail & Wholesale. You will report to the CMO and have a dotted line reporting to the E-Com Director.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing or Business
  • Preferably Master’s Degree

Experience

  • 3+ years experience in Marketing & Brand Management required
  • Previous experience in high-end luxury segment or FMCG
  • Digital marketing experience
  • International brand experience from global or regional position
  • Experience with project & stakeholder management
  • Understanding of the Retail, Wholesale & e-commerce environment
