LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW is the story of passionate craftsmanship in gourmet liquorice. Founded in 2007 by Johan Bülow on the Danish island of Bornholm, we continue our journey of creating surprising combinations and sensory experiences with liquorice at the core. With the mission to make the world love liquorice - one liquorice at a time, LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW has its own stores in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates, as well as retail partners in more than 40 markets.
We are seeking a Head of Travel Retail & Distributor Markets who is passionate about premium confectionery, luxury retail, and delivering exceptional customer experiences to join our Sales team at LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW.

Work Responsibilities:
Drive Global Travel Retail Expansion – Focus on key markets such as DACH, Nordics, and the UK, while tapping into emerging markets like the Middle East and the US.
Strengthen Duty-Free Presence – Develop opportunities in airport (AIR) and ferry (SEA) retail to maximize brand visibility and sales.
Build Strong Relationships – Maintain daily communication with key partners, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive success.
Shape and Execute Growth Strategy – Co-create and implement initiatives that fuel sustainable business expansion.
Enhance Operational Efficiency – Streamline collaboration between the sales force and back-office support functions to boost productivity.
Embrace Global Travel – Engage with international partners, with travel commitments ranging from 30 to 50 days per year.
Foster Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and proactively resolve challenges.
Achieve Outstanding Sales Results – Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, driving business growth.
Qualifications:
Proven Sales Expertise – 5+ years of successful FMCG sales experience, ideally within Travel Retail.
Distributor & Agent Management – Strong track record of working effectively with distributors and agents to drive market growth.
Results-Driven Mindset – Passionate about setting and exceeding ambitious sales goals.
Exceptional Communicator – Fluent in both English and Danish, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Self-Motivated & Resilient – Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to adapt and innovate.
Customer-Centric Approach – Skilled at building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key partners.
