We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of ERP Systems to oversee and optimize our ERP systems. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership, and a deep understanding of business processes to drive operational excellence and support organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of ERP and ERP system implementations. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define detailed system requirements. 

• Ensure seamless integration of the ERP system with existing IT infrastructure and business operations. 

• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users. 

• Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions. 

• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with third-party vendors. 

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.  

Team

You will report directly to our Chief Digital Officer as part of the Digital Team and have a dotted line to Group CFO, as part of the Finance Team. 

What we are looking for

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Head of ERP Systems who combines technical expertise with ERP leadership and hands on ownership of the systems with a deep understanding of business processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is passionate about leveraging technology to drive efficiency, operations, and support our mission to make the world love liquorice. 

• You’ve got solid experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics NAV/365 and potentially know your way around tools like Continia, TaskLet, Lessor, and SI Foodware 365 or similar. 

• Strong understanding of ERP setup, maintenance, and integrations, including MRP, EDI transactions, XML delivery controls, and 3PL solutions in a multi-entity setup. 

• Proven track record of managing both small and large-scale internal development projects, from process optimization to system implementations. 

• You’re great with people, a strong communicator, and know how to work with different teams and stakeholders to get things done. 

• You’ve got skills with the Power Platform and the Dynamics 365 ecosystem—and you’re not afraid to use them!
