Junior Finance Business Controller

We are seeking a motivated and analytically strong Junior Finance Business Partner to join the Finance Business Partnering team at LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW.

Your role
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to support data-driven decision-making and help drive profitable growth. You will play an active role in the monthly reporting and forecasting processes across channels and markets, while providing financial insights and analysis to support the business.

We are looking for someone with a strong financial mindset, commercial curiosity, and a genuine interest in understanding business performance through data and analysis..

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monthly reporting with business insights on P&L and underlying KPIs.

• Supporting Accounting team by follow up on finalizing sales numbers, accruals etc.

• Participant in forecasting and budgeting processes.

• Conduct commercial analysis to enable decisions to drive profitable growth.

• Supporting the sales channels by sales insights including revenue and 4 Wall EBITDA.

• Prepare Mgt. and Board presentations.

• Supporting Operations by tracking savings costing review and projects & vendor follow up.

Your profile

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration

• Strong analytical and strategic skills.

• A team player with an analytic mindset.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills and an experienced Excel user.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Strong presentation skills and a confident PowerPoint user.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Good abilities in stakeholder management and engagement.

• Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics Navision is preferred.
