Location: Hamburg
Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Your role:

As our German speaking Sales Support DACH (m/f/d), you will assist our Sales Managers in the DACH region with a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks. You’ll play an active role in ensuring smooth operations and contributing to a positive company culture.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Support and manage our B2B customers across the DACH region

  • Act as a key contact for customers via phone and email

  • Process orders from entry to invoicing

  • Prepare invoices, credit notes, and quotations

  • Set up new customers in our system

  • Handle product specifications for customers’ ERP systems

  • Monitor open orders to ensure on-time deliveries

  • Manage complaints and coordinate with the Quality Department to find solutions

  • Facilitate communication between customers, internal departments, and Area Sales Management

Accounting-related tasks:

  • Prepare and manage direct debit mandates

  • Send missing invoices and credit notes

  • Support SEPA direct debit processes and handle duplicate payments

Job requirements

Your profile

  • A degree in business administration, sales management or a related field is an advantage, but not a requirement

  • Relevant experience in sales or sales support

  • Confident in using ERP (e.g. Navision)

  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook

  • Good knowledge of order processing and invoicing (B2B processes, billing, credit notes, etc.)

  • You are highly organized and work independently, structured, and proactively

  • You speak and write fluent German and English

  • You are reliable, and a true team player
