Location: Hamburg
Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Your role:
As our German speaking Sales Support DACH (m/f/d), you will assist our Sales Managers in the DACH region with a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks. You’ll play an active role in ensuring smooth operations and contributing to a positive company culture.
Your main responsibilities:
Support and manage our B2B customers across the DACH region
Act as a key contact for customers via phone and email
Process orders from entry to invoicing
Prepare invoices, credit notes, and quotations
Set up new customers in our system
Handle product specifications for customers’ ERP systems
Monitor open orders to ensure on-time deliveries
Manage complaints and coordinate with the Quality Department to find solutions
Facilitate communication between customers, internal departments, and Area Sales Management
Accounting-related tasks:
Prepare and manage direct debit mandates
Send missing invoices and credit notes
Support SEPA direct debit processes and handle duplicate payments
Job requirements
Your profile
A degree in business administration, sales management or a related field is an advantage, but not a requirement
Relevant experience in sales or sales support
Confident in using ERP (e.g. Navision)
Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
Good knowledge of order processing and invoicing (B2B processes, billing, credit notes, etc.)
You are highly organized and work independently, structured, and proactively
You speak and write fluent German and English
You are reliable, and a true team player
