We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator for our Export markets to join our Supply Chain Team at LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW.

You should understand how to act in a small organization with passionate people and be motivated by optimizing the export order management processes.

Job Purpose:

As the Supply Chain Coordinator, Export at LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW you will be responsible for planning and organizing the shipment of goods, including selecting carriers, booking transport, and scheduling deliveries to meet tight deadlines. You will work closely with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and third-party logistics providers to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions are utilized.

In this role, you will be responsible for the management of orders for our export markets such as Canada, Marokko, Jordan, Australia and South Africa. You will also manage the preparation and verification of all necessary export documentation, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin. You will ensure that all export operations comply with local and international trade regulations, including customs requirements, export controls, and applicable tariffs.

Key responsibilities:

·     Order management for export customers, distributors and 3PL warehouses.

·     Inventory management

·     Shipment coordination with our production and warehouse

·     Logistics & Freight Management

About you and your skills:

The ideal candidate has +2 years of experience from similar positions within export coordination, international logistics, or shipping, as well as a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree. Experience in other companies within the food industry would be good, but not a requirement.

·       Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly to ensure the timely delivery of shipments.
