Supply Chain Student Assistant at LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW

We are looking for a structured and analytic Student Assistant (15 hours per week) to join our Supply Chain Team at LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW.

LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW is the story of passionate craftsmanship in gourmet liquorice. Founded in 2007 on the Danish island of Bornholm, we continue our journey of creating surprising combinations and sensory experiences with liquorice at the core. With the mission to make the world love liquorice - one liquorice at a time, LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW has its own stores in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Germany, Austria, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates, as well as retail partners in more than 40 markets.

In this role, you will work closely with our Supply Chain Specialists and Product Manager to ensure data accuracy, support key processes, and contribute to efficient day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a student who wants hands-on experience in supply chain management within an engaged and dynamic environment.

Job Purpose:

In this role, you will be supporting the team in maintaining and updating primary master data across our supply chain systems, ensuring the accuracy and validation of material, product, and supplier information. You will support our supply chain coordination activities by monitoring orders, lead times, and delivery schedules, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders such as Procurement, Production, and Logistics. Additionally, you will generate reports and provide analytical support to drive ongoing process improvements, as well as contribute to ad-hoc tasks and continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain department.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update primary master data across our supply chain systems

• Assist with material, product, and supplier data accuracy and validation

• Support supply chain coordination activities, including monitoring orders, lead times, and delivery schedules

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Procurement, Production, and Logistics

• Generate reports and provide analytical support for ongoing process improvements

• Contribute to ad-hoc tasks and continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain department

About you and your skills:

The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Furthermore, we expect that you have:

• Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail

• Good understanding of supply chain principles

• Comfortable working with data and navigating systems (experience with ERP (NAV) systems is a plus)

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
