We are looking for an experienced Supply Planner with a strong Analytic mind-set to join our Supply Chain Team at LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW.

LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW is the story of passionate craftsmanship in gourmet liquorice. Founded in 2007 by Johan Bülow on the Danish island of Bornholm, we continue our journey of creating surprising combinations and sensory experiences with liquorice at the core. With the mission to make the world love liquorice - one liquorice at a time, LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW has its own stores in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates, as well as retail partners in more than 40 markets.

We are in search of someone who is robust, data driven and know the power of great teamwork. You should understand how to act in a small organization with passionate people and be motivated by optimizing the demand & supply planning processes by process improvement and better system utilization.

Job Purpose:

As the Supply Planner at LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW you will ensure that our +40 Retail stores are having an optimized inventory at all time. Furthermore, you will provide the medium and long term supply and capacity plan for our factory in Hvidovre, and the inventory plan for our 3PL Warehouses.

Key responsibilities:

·       Manage replenishment planning of our B2C channels, incl. +40 Retail stores in the EU, UK and UAE.

·       Inventory Planning of our 3PL Warehouses in DK, DE, UK and US

·       Provide the 1-3 month production plan

·       Provide the 3-12 month production capacity plan

·       Retail store stock adjustments

·       Drive and improve the Supply Planning processes at LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW

·       Own the Supply Review part of the S&OP process

·       Work with production manager and demand planner to optimize supply for new product launches, distribution changes and forecast trend changes.

About you and your skills:

The ideal candidate has +5 years of experience from similar positions within supply / demand / inventory / Production planning, as well as a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree. Experience in other areas of supply chain planning would be good, but not a requirement.

Furthermore, we expect that you:

·       Have an analytical mindset and capability of identifying and deriving relevant data and present these in a relevant and understandable way, being proficient in Excel and Power Point

·       Are experienced in working with MRP in ERP systems (Navision is preferred but not required)

·       Are ambitious and result orientated, with a positive attitude.
